Fix the invitation, not just the rejection
Previously a returning player could receive a world-boss invitation even though their saved recovery time had not expired. The server would refuse the challenge, but the invitation had already suggested it was available.
The update aligns the invitation with personal readiness. While recovering, the boss beacon, challenge prompt, health banner, arrival voice, and invitation are hidden for that player. Eligible ranchers can still see their own boss.
Keep time consistent
The interface waits for a ready save and uses the server clock. Readiness can return without a rejoin, and a shared boss-health update cannot reset personal recovery. Battles and raids also suppress actionable invitations.
Post-fight text reports the remaining time. It distinguishes the boss’s respawn from the player’s own recovery so those two timers do not tell conflicting stories.
Release checks
Public v47 was downloaded and matched to the build. Studio checks covered recovery, late arrival, expiry, busy states, and server rejection. A simulated controller interaction confirmed that a recovering player could not start the encounter.
This was not a physical controller or public save/rejoin test. The later v48 article covers the completed music release; this version prepared the rotation behavior.
