What it is

Lilly Plays is Lilly’s gaming and creative video channel (@LillyAxolotl), covering Minecraft, Roblox, AEW, and real-life family adventures. Lilly leads the show with her genuine reactions, comedic commentary, and creative imagination; my role is editing and packaging behind the scenes.

The production pipeline transforms raw recording sessions into polished YouTube uploads. This includes selecting the best comedic beats, multi-track audio leveling, burned-in dynamic captions, custom section graphics, and generating borderless vertical Shorts for YouTube and TikTok.

Our automated clip pipeline recomposes 16:9 widescreen gameplay and webcam streams into borderless 9:16 vertical video. It centers Lilly’s facecam above the action without distracting letterboxing or blurry pillarboxes.

Whisper Timed Captions

Subtitles are aligned using word-level Whisper timestamping with custom child-friendly typography and automated screen-boundary collision detection.

YouTube Studio Publication Manifest

Every published Short is hashed and linked to its full-length parent episode via YouTube’s native "Related video" link, verified in Studio before release to drive traffic to the channel’s flagship videos.
